Ukraine Issues New Regulations on Milk, Dairy Products, and Spreadable Fats
On April 1, 2026, Ukraine submitted Notification G/TBT/N/UKR/376 to the World Trade Organization, announcing Order No. 801 signed by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture on January 19, approving the "Requirements for Milk, Dairy Products, and Spreadable Fats." The new regulation applies to both domestically produced and imported products within Ukraine's customs territory, covering the entire supply chain. It will officially enter into force on January 1, 2029, and products complying with previous standards may continue to be sold until the end of their shelf life.
